Greek Yogurt Flat Breads
Simple, healthy flatbread made with just two main ingredients. Perfect for serving with soups, stews, or as wraps.

Ingredients
Self-raising flour
0% fat Greek yogurt
Butter
Garlic
minced
Fresh parsley
chopped
You'll need
- Large mixing bowl
- Rolling pin
- Frying pan
- Small saucepan— for the garlic butter
Method
Mix dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine equal parts self-raising flour and Greek yogurt.
Knead briefly
Knead the dough quickly until it's just mixed together. No need to knead for a long time.
Rest dough
Place the dough in a floured bowl and let it rest for at least 15 minutes.
Make garlic butter
Melt butter in a pan and add minced garlic. Cook for a few minutes until fragrant. Add chopped parsley and stir until combined.

Shape flatbreads
Cut the dough into portions and roll each into circles about 5mm thick.
Cook flatbreads
Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook each bread for about 2 minutes on each side, or until browned slightly and bubbles form.
Serve
Spread the garlic and parsley butter on top for extra flavor.
